The project was to design a housing society at Tapovan, Rishikesh. The site had a Nala flowing alongside the boundary. A bridge was proposed above the existing nala to serve as a secured entrance to the society. A car parking area was proposed just at the entrance to avoid vehicular traffic inside. Golf carts were proposed for the movement inside. The housing society consisted of Villas with an area of 570 sq.m. each. Each villa was placed such that it got a beautiful view of the valley. To achieve this, villas were placed along the slope so that each villa is around 1200 mm higher than the villa in front of it. Separate garden areas and pools were also provided for every villa.
