For Development Solutions, an open office concept was introduced to make the office space look bigger. As the office was in the basement area, a large glass partition was introduced adjacent to the staircase to let natural light come in. One single colour ‘yellow’ was used throughout the office. Elements like exposed brickwork were used to give a rustic look and a small Zen court below the staircase gave openness to the office.

The office furniture was customized according to the client’s unique requirements. A two-way bookshelf was placed between two rooms which allowed easy access from both the rooms. The reception table was also customised according to the flooring pattern.
